Who writes the notes?

The site's author. They are kept current and corrected when a fact changes. Nothing on the site is written at the moment you read it: every page is built in advance from the same data.

Is anything about me recorded?

No. The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The Privacy page says what the hosting provider keeps.

Does the name mean anything goes?

No. On the open networks nobody can remove a post everywhere, but every server, relay and client applies its own rules, and the law applies to whoever runs them. The notes explain how that works.

Where do the articles come from?

From the sources listed on the Sources page. The site fetches their feeds a few times a day and shows a short excerpt of each new article with a link to the original. The excerpts are theirs and the rights remain with them.

Why has an article disappeared?

The stream shows what each source's feed currently lists, up to a fixed number of entries per source. When a source drops an article from its feed, it leaves this page too. Older articles stay as long as the source keeps them.
